Why does she take forever to open snapchats?

Girls, this must be a thing but I send this girl snapchats and it may take her 2-12 hours to open it. Then she feels like she has too respond to every one but sometimes its just a picture of the ground. None of my male friends do this. Please explain if you can. Thank you.
