a lot of reasons, maybe she was busy, or wasn't the right place to take a selfie. Or like with me I have to get ready and look nice. Then take a bunch of pictures before I chose the right one. And that can take a while. Or maybe her phone died. Or she was going to but got distracted. Like this one time I was taking a picture and bumped into a pole and started bleeding so I had to attend to my wound. You never know why, but I'm sure there's no need to take it personally. at least she snapchated back
