In my case where I live there are two different kind of possesive BFs. One is the sweet kind that wants to be with her at all times and does small sweet things to make her feel great about thierselves. And the other kind is the one that wants you to be with him at all times and expects you to get him things and do things for him and wants you to compliment on how cool his (insert whatever he says here). Wait there is a third kind the in between one. He is, umm the word I can think of right now kind of like a bi-polar effect, good at times and other times selfish. Final sumation! calls all the time, leaves mean voice messages when you don't answer, wants to meet all of your friends and then will find reasons why he doesn't like them, tells you what to wear, tells you who to hang out with, doesn't like any of your guy friends (even the gay ones) just because they're guys, makes you cry and then makes you feel like it's your own fault even if you didn't do anything wrong etc.

Oh in this case if the person is younger there more afriad of there woman being out with other man becuz your so young and he might be afriad of losing you to other hunk of meat out there. there is no sign he might not be possisive but more clingy and maybe he might be not capable of competing with other younger guy's.
