I don't get it either. That's why I would never wear Bikini's. But one thing I will say this though is that swimwear is designed to be what it's for. I don't agree with it. But that is what they consider socially acceptable. Up-skirting however, is to deliberately see a woman's panties or privates in a perverted manner. Which is something that women do NOT want to be exposed, when guys decide to do it. However, on a very windy day, it's better to wear something underneath.

But is it really different? Do NOT want to be exposed an upskirt but she's ok with a bikini exposed everything else. I'm not yet convinced as they are different. Because it shows the same, actually less than when you are in a bikini. Can you elaborate more?

To tell you the truth it isn't different when it's dealing with today society. I don't agree with Bikini's. It's far too revealing, especially depending on its design. But being upskirted is just as bad. I think it would be best to speak to women who wear Bikini's and thinks it's okay. I really don't. It's a sensuality thing.

My knickers, on the other hand, are to be seen only by whom I want them to be seen, they are not for public display.

I don't wear bikinis but you may have done better if you'd said that women will wear bikinis in public but not let their friends see them in their underwear. Those are practically the same thing. Upskirting can be a bit of a touchy subject.
