How to compliment a girl on instagram if you are a girl yourself, without making it awkward?

There is this girl in town whom I know in passings, we say "Hi" to each other. I follow her on instagram. I don't follow many people. Both of us are very popular, but we don't usually hang around in the same circles. I think she is absolutely stunning. She is so exotically beautiful, I like her hair, make-up and fashion. I use her posts as inspiration for my own, sometimes.

I know how I compliment my friends and how we always put emojis like 😍💋😊😘❤️, but I think it would be weird if I made a comment like that on her Instagram, she'll think I'm hitting on her... Lol How to express how much I admire her, without being weird?

Try complimenting something specific. "Girl, you are rockin' those shoes!" Or something along the lines of, "Your hair is so pretty!" Or maybe "Your make-up looks amazing! What is your refining?"

K. I mean, I'm straight, so I don't think she'll be weirded out. Plus, every girl likes compliments, especially if they are from a girl. Those are the honest compliments. Especially since I'm not her friend, wich only means I am unbiased. Is it too much to put 😍 ?
