How can I compliment a girl without being awkward and weird about it?

Lets just say I'm sitting on the bus and this really pretty girls sits in front of me. What can I do or say so that she knows that I think she's hot?

What I've found is that girls really love compliments that carry specificity.

And anything that gives them an opportunity to talk about themselves is a definite plus.

Like if you were to say something like "You smell nice. What are you wearing?"(referring to her perfume)

or "You've changed your hair today. It really looks great."

or "Is that a new top. Looks awesome on you?"

or "You've lost weight"

or "I like your nails. Where'd you get them done?"

This is provided that you've initiated a conversation with her already. Don't just blurt out "have you lost weight?" out of nowhere from the seat behind her on the bus.

Essentially, you want to shoot for compliments that will draw words out of her and you want to notice things that guys normally wouldn't notice(i.e. nails, shoes, designer bags. Who really notices shit like that unless they're paying a LOT of attention?)

Well, if you just want to compliment her, go ahead and do it.

Preface it with something like

"I just wanted to tell you [that you look really nice today]"

"Excuse me, but you [look really nice today], and I thought you'd like to know"

"I'm sorry but I just have to tell you [that you look really nice today]"

I'm a very social person, and I do things like this all the time. Really, the only comfort level that you have to worry about is your own.

A word of warning.

Don't let the little conversation with them go on too long, after you compliment them if they don't want it too. Especially on a bus, they may think you are trying to pick them up, which, if you are just paying compliments, you don't want.

Okay so, I basically hate it when a guy looks at me and says nothing. I promise it drives me crazy, most girls DO notice when I guy looks at her and etc.

What you could do is actually say something xD I know it must be really hard on a guy because people expect them to have to do all the talking but!

If you talk to one girl out of a group of 3 or 4etc

That shows a big hint that you like her, but seriously say Hi .____.

When you compliment a girl just move on and be doing whatever you are doing. Don't take too much time staring at her. If you see a girl inthe bus and you really want to compliment her just tell her about her hair.

Oh just complement her. I love complements if they're well intended. No need to feel awkward or weird unless you're gonna say something dumb. lol!
