Do you joke/banter about kissing someone?

My story, I've got a colleague that always while talking is either licking her lips or is staring at mine! I usually ask her why she's doing this, her reply is " cos i wanna kiss them" ... is this just playful banter? Or something more?

She acts like she doesn't like me in that way! But then banters about us getting married and looking in the mirror and saying we make a good couple! I mean we were having banter about her weight & about her arse has gone fat! She stuck it out arse so I would smack it, I didn't, then a few days later she did it again, so I asked can I smack your arse, her reply "if you want too" so I did, I know I shouldn't have but I did mainly to see her reaction, all she said it's dirty, help pls!!

She obviously wants you... She just hasn't made up her mind about how she feels exactly. So if you want this to be a relationship, I suggest you wait it out. She is being to open sexually. If you don't want a relationship then just dick her down. Tell her what you want and just be open with her

I can see your point, the thing with this girl is she can be a bit weird! She acts like she doesn't like me in that way! Well the real questions is does she do this with just you or does she do this around other guys too? When a girl likes you they treat you different to others. They give you special treatment in some way, whether they just banter more with you, get extra shy, get extra confident, etc. Some girls are a bit more forward and obvious when they like someone but personally I would never have the confidence or dream of doing this lol. At least not until I was 100% sure he liked me back lol.

Ok, so a few months have past, & things have taken a turn for the worst! I don't know nor understand what is happening? To me at least it makes no sense! First She's starting to call me gay, telling people that I'm gay, which is the reason I don't get married! She's gotten really nasty & talks behind my back, A few weeks ago while working together she showed me her bra with a bow in the middle after she was complaining it was hurting. Things are so bad between us that we have started to avoid each other! all this nasty child like behaviour makes me avoid her, even to a point where I just won't say hello! I need some cool advice... Trust me, I've asked... No one has an answer nor can help!
