Do you kiss your hookups?

No judging please Im married and I’m cheating. I was faithful for years but my husband wouldn’t stop rejecting me. He even said that he is not attracted to me once in a fight. Got tired of begging for sex so I am seeing someone. We connect great on bed and we have a nice relationship. Last week he told me that he does not think I am a hookup anymore lol he said I’m his best friend? To the point. I have been kissing him since the beginning. He never pushes me away. He said I was a good kisser. Last weekend we were kissing and he said “we should stop this” but he didn’t stop kissing me. What does that mean? Is he catching feelings for me? I also noticed that we hold hands during sex which it hasn’t happen to me before (not even with my husband). I have also stayed overnight at his place and he has some of my things around his apartment. I know he sees other girls, he is kind of a swinger. Im confused with his mix signals. I also feel that he repeats too often that we can’t be in a relationship which is clear to me because I’m married, I feel he repeats it to himself? Anyways, I’m 25 and he is 33.
