Girls, I'm oblivious, does she like me?

I fell inlove with a girl I met at my new job's training. It gave me many opportunities to get to know her and we always had fiery, long and engaging conversations during our few days of training together. It's without question that we were impressed with eachother. However, I can't tell if she was being nice and professional at first. But I noticed since then, I catch her looking at me, and I look at her too. She approaches me out of her way to say hey or how am I doing. Every time we talked since training, she always stutters, slurs, or gets tongue twisted. She also has trouble hearing some things I say, even though I have a crystal clear speech, no accent, and smooth voice. I think she might like me, because one day she came up to me asking me if I had gum, and she would have only known if she was watching me because I only pulled out the pack once, and we work in a VERY busy environment. It sounds obvious maybe, however I'm worried I'm overthinking it. Are these signs of a crush? I have such a bad crush on her that sometimes I can't look her in the eye, but I manage to pull myself together and keep calm when talking to her, but it doesn't seem the same on her side. I have her phone number, but sometimes she doesn't reply to me. So this makes me question everything I'm seeing in realtime.

Sounds like she is attracted to you. She obviously feels drawn to wanting to be near you, and her "not hearing you" might be because she's having a hard time paying attention because her thoughts get jumbled.

If you have long conversations she might be feeling appreciated by you and is trying to put her feelings together.

Find out whether she's already in a relationship before you do anything.

Thank you very much for your input! I've already asked her very non-chanlantly without detection if she's in a relationship, and she wasn't. She's living alone. I just worry because she is so beautiful, intelligent and sexy that maybe she's been talking to someone else.

Part of relationships is being vulnerable and sometimes you gotta put yourself out there or you'll never know!

Try to get to know her for who she is somewhat before you express bluntly your feelings. Try to form a bond/connection through things you have in common.

Maybe she's busy as well.
