Honestly, that is a lot more hair than average.
In your case, I think taking the electric razor on a lower setting but not "to the skin" setting. Because that would make it itchy for you as well as any girl.
Trim most of the stomach to just above the pubic hair. Cut the public hair to be clean but not gone. Shave or wax the upper arms. Once you have the stomach trimmed, you can do the chest on a slightly higher setting to keep it longer. Then use a razor to contour under the chest and along the sides of the belly.
