In the dating world I see so many good wife material women who are passed up for some easy low hanging fruit type of women! They want the women who doesn't care nor even like them! A women who has 0 intention of wanting anything long term or genuine. They run away from the man they could become and don't want to put in the effort it takes to keep a good women at his side!

They go for the easy, sleezy one where they dont have to be vulnerable with..

Of course we do. You just don’t want the men who want good women. You want the bad boys who will use and manipulate you. It makes you feel morally superior to all men when you only respond to the jerks and narcissists. That way you never have to take an accounting of your own responsibility in the matter. You’re afraid that a genuinely good man will reflect your own bad behavior back at you. Then you have to either change for the better so you actually deserve a good man, or admit that you’re no better than the users and abusers you chose for so long.
The big difference between the two is that only you have the preponderance of public opinion affirming your ridiculous notions and enabling you to believe you’re just a victim of circumstance.
Men who make bad choices, their feet are held to the flames every time. Sympathetic voices for men are a tiny minority being shouted down by the ignorant vitriol of hypocrites and haters.
Congratulations! You won for losing.

Yes most men are a little crazy until they find themselves. They always seem to find the good women but as soon as they find out how good she is they start running Because they don't have confidence within themselves. They don't know if they know how to love the right way

So they go after the easier girl The one that likes to be kinky Have fun With no regrets because it's easier to walk away from

It's kind of sad that they don't understand that the good girl It's just like the bad girl

But when she loves she loves her keeps. Has more responsibility more respect and has a direction in life

Are there any good women in our modern society? Yes, there are good women, but compared to the past, they are few and far between. Good men who are good providers want good women, but most women are not sexually attracted to good men. Instead, they are attracted to the good looking wild outlaw type. That is the hot bad boys, the risk takers who are not dependable. Even after the women marry the dependable good providers, they still cheat with the hot and wild bad boys. Susannah's attraction to Tristan in "Legends of the Fall" is a good example.

I think they just enjoy the chase, mystery and games of having a problematic girlfriend who doesn't really care about them. This is a simplified explanation of a male from sowing his oats to being ready to settle down.

From puberty to about 25, he wants the hot pretty girls that is an easy sexual conquest, between 25 and 27. He starts to get tired of the party life and starts looking for more than a pretty face and hot body, he still likes the wild girl but he starts to look for a girl that is not just looking to party. Between 27 and 30, he starts thinking about long term and setting down and about the things that come with committing to a relationship.

This is the age that he starts to seriously look at the good girl, the girl that is not going to have sex with him the night she meets him. The girl he will have to put in some time with, and get to know and more importantly he wants to get to know her and not just sees her as someone to bed and forget.

So it is not that men don't want a good women, it is that when men over look the good girl. It is because he is not at the point in life that he is looking to settle down, and he needs to mature and get the wildness out of himself before he is ready for a real committed relationship.

Than you have the, good girl not wanting to good guy because he is safe and boring. But the thing is, that a lot of you self proclaimed good girls. Have only become good girls because you have hit the wall or are approaching it, and now you want to reinvent yourself and be the woman you see married with a family.

I do believe that many men pursue relationships for superficial reasons. Moreover, many men give more attention to the woman's physical appearance rather than her character. This is unfortunate, because not only are women not appreciated for their character, but also appearance is a very temporary thing. This latter remark is to say that, a relationship based on physical appearance is subject to the transitory conditions of this world and the accidents of life. When two partners get old, the physical passion they had for each other will die out. In addition, if a physical injury were to befall a partner and their appearance were to change--this can affect a relationship, if it were mostly based on physical love. A bond build on a love for another's character, a desire to grow each other's characters, a desire to strive to ever improve the life of one another, to be of service to the human race, will last beyond a lifetime.

If men realized the impermanence of appearance, and learned to love the soul of, and growth with, another person, relationships would be much stronger and last longer.

I have found when I try to go for women who are really good they know there worth and tend to lead you on until they decide what they want from you if anything now this does not apply to all women. On a second note this is very discouraging for some men we are emotional beings after a while we start to wonder if there is someone out there for us. Truth is men today do not always have the insight into women they should therefore the moment a women pulls away due to personal issues or does not call we feel like we might not be worth her time leading to us finding women who are less attractive but still fun to be with and the sad thing is that its not personal in any way at least for me I really overthink so I have to kinda rely on myself and others to tell me and remind me like hey dont worry they are probably just sick or busy but not every guy has all female freinds either so I imagine it must be pretty different for them

I think this depends on what a good woman is to each man. I doubt it's a one size fits all for each man. Different men value different qualities in a woman. Some might only want a woman who can cook and others might not care at all and prefer to do the cooking. No one else can decide what woman is good or suitable for someone else unless you know all the mans likes and dislikes and his values. A terrible woman in one man's eyes, could be the most amazing woman in another man's eyes. Case by case type of situation in my opinion.

Words, words . If "wife material" is supposed to mean anything good, it doesn't sound very attractive to me lol. More like the opposite. When I hear this expression, I see a list of set attributes to please... I don't know who, a customer? I'm certainly not a customer, in the context of anything romance. Please explain what wife material is? Because from what I see these days a lot of women ah ent the slightest clue what it means to be wife material. A lot of them just expect to be treated like royalty for simply being a female. They don’t have the ability to separate themselves from all the other women who think they’re wife material as well. Inherently in mating, men have to ante up first. And women reward that over time.

The problem is that women are breaking the mating deal and 50% will divorce by Year 8.

That is too great a loss rate for men to want to invest in this way. We tend to find this out in early 20's. I've done everything right but she still moved on. So I am just going to look for short term benefits. since I can't trust anymore.

There was a controversial speech a Princeton alumni gave two decades ago, a woman, who said to Princeton women: Look around you. You are more likely to find a husband of quality while you are here then you will after you graduate. Or words to that effect. However that is defined. I will note the longer one remains single the more and more they will come in contact with what is left. Which can further encourage one to remain single.
