Girl laughed at me when I asked her out?

She giggled and was like oh my god. And then she explained to me how she drank a lot, and then stopped drinking for a few months and she went out last night so she was feeling exhausted. she's like i look like crap right now, and i said "i think you look good". And she said she doesn't want to go anytime soon. And i replied, i meant go to dinner, and hangout. She said she doesn't want to do that anytime soon either.

Why would she laugh? She seemed happy. She was walking close to me on the way to her car. She gave eye contact and showed some signs of attraction. I dont get it?

Some people are telling me give it another chance. Others are saying its a flat out rejection. in my opinion im over it, i won't be stalking her or anything crazy. Its just very​ very confusion.

Oh Goddddd this happens to me so much. I get all giddy like a fucking loser. You probably just caught her off guard, and she was intensely hungover. I swear I run into guys when im hungover and sick, which is not a prettt sight. Give her time, she might be busy. Also her drinking a lot before means that she might have had some bad experiences in the past, so she might be trying to better herself or something. Just give her time, and don't do anything alcohol-related as an activity, for example an early dinner or something.

She was either very drunk so it's normal or she's just a bit stupid. Girls I know who laughed when getting asked out were bitch (very superficial girls, etc...).

The only reason you for you to start questioning things is if she continues to just, push away from answering. If it seems she just is putting off giving an answer, it may be because she doesn't want to hurt your feelings. But then again, I am just telling you my thought process and not hers.
