Why does my crush run away when I talk to her?

I confessed to her before and thing got awkward between us for about a month. After that I became a close friend to her (we talk every Saturday from early morning till night) . However recently she has been ignoring me, her friend told me that she feel shy and hard to talk to me. I send her message to ask her why and she didn’t reply, when I asked her face to face she just cover her face, told me she don’t know and ran to female restroom.

bro... i get u bro. well here's the thing. i had a girl best friend over 6 /7 years. yes we had a good time no boundaries etc. but when i ask her to go out with me. she just like a wind walker. whooshhhh gone. my friend said to me that she just see you as a friend and when she knows that i had a feeling for her she don't know how to respond. so she better go away. if you already in the bestfriend zone maybe the best thing is lets say... friends only.
