or another way, go and sit in front of a mirror before you got to bed, take as long as you want/need and write down at least 1 thing that is beautiful about you. repeat this everyday for at least a month.
Look at actresses or pop culture icons who share your body type. They pull it off with finesse and embrace it. A lot of women starve themselves to look like you, so take advantage of it.
Once you start to love the way these women look, maybe you will start to love the traits they share with you.
I know this is just a manga, but the main character comes to mind to me when you mention the way you look:
There is also an anime called Toradora! where the main character has the same body image issues.
I think you should check them out because maybe when you get to like them and see yourself in them, you'll learn to like yourself. Research what kind of outfits will flatter your body; pay attention to what looks good on other people with your body type. Then buy similar outfits; you'll be surprised how much a flattering outfit can make you feel great.
trust me you well NEVER be satisfied with your body! I have an hourglass figure and cry out of frustration sometimes! I hate it how dresses don't fit! they fit me small from my boobs HUGE from my waist and doesn't even go through my hips! shopping for jeans is also something I dread! you see I have big hips and when the jeans finally make it pass my hips it fits me huge from the buttoning part (thank god for jeggings) so really don't put yourself so down we all have problem and maybe instead of looking at yourself in the mirror and finding the bad parts of your body. maybe this time you could point out all the good things you like about yourself! trust me it really does help.
no one likes what they have, it's normal. I'm 16, 5'7, with long legs & a size 3 & I wish I was your height with short legs & a size 0. I haven't been a size 0 since 7th grade so I envy you lol. everyone likes different things so don't put yourself down, you will find someone. you just need to build up your self-confidence.
with the boob problem .. try on one of victoria secrets bombshell bras & put a shirt on over it & you'll see how ridiculous it makes you look. I did that & I have a new found appreciation for my smaller boobs lol.

I understand how you feel, despite being on the other side of the spectrum. I'm not huge, but I'm not tiny. I need to lose about 30 lbs, I DEFINITELY have hips, like, Kim Kardashian hips, and enough fat in the belly area to not be comfortable in a bikini, and though my legs are fairly muscly from soccer, they are also fairly... puffy, if you know what I mean, haha. I haven't fully accepted it - I would love to be a little less voluptuous, just becuase it doesn't really match my personality. If that makes any sense. I guess the biggest thing is to remember that the right guy won't care. He will love you for however you are.
Don't care if that sounds preachy, it's true, darn it! :-)

well let me tell you this, id rather have a big butt and small boobs than big boobs and a small butt. at least a booty and no boobs looks better proportioned than the other way around, I use to have a small waist small booty and HUGE boobs and hated it because I just looked so wrongly proportioned. now since I had my little girl I have no boobs no butt and a belly :/ id give anything to have your body, seriously.
oh and a butt work out that you can do is lay on your back with your knees up feet flat on the ground, lift your butt up hold for like 30 secs while sqeezing the muscles and then go back to starting position and rest for 10 seconds.. use a weight if needed lol

Im kinda in the same boat :( I'm 19, had a baby at 17. and now I can't stand by boobs. I think that's the only thing I really have problems with. I don't have hips either and I get sad about that and I think I have a little butt. I don't know I just try to BE and ACT sexy, cause no one is gonna know what's going on in your head only you, so make people think you love your body! Its hard actually but when I see someone who is confident(and is kinda ugly or fat), I'm like wow I wish I could be like that. it doesn't matter what your body looks like cause if you portray yourself to be sexy, people will think your sexy :) know what I'm sayinnn?
No woman can be ugly or unattractive. You may not have the greatest assets but you have assets no mater what you look like. If I could actually see your picture, I would most probably say that your hot. And to be a little provocative, there's a whole category in the p*rn industry specifically to the type of body you have and there's apparently a LOT of fans of it.
Want to like your body EAT! Honestly, size 0 isn't a size it's a tooth pick. I know everyones obsessed with being skinny but a girl is supposed to have some meat on her. But honestly you just need to accept who you are. You can't change it much. As soon as you get confidence you will be sexy

Well if you don't like your body, the best way you can change it is by working out/eating right. I don't recommend and surgeries or any of that nature because they are expensive and unnatural. The feeling sucks now; but once you find the right man who loves you for you, you'll forget about all these things.
That doesn't sound like a terrible body to me at all, and don't worry about that one guy who dumped you. If he did, in fact, only care about the size of your breasts, why would you want to stay with him anyway?
And you're under 18, your body is still changing, so don't worry :)

Your boobs are your boobs, there's no changing that without cosmetic surgery. But really, they're not an issue at all. Some guys only like big boobs, but most guys don't care.
Talk to a personal trainer and get an exercise plan tailor made for you. This will help you tone/define the areas of your body you want.
Size 0 is kinda nasty, so no, I would not slap her. I'm that height her and 2 or 4 (depending on the store, expect NYC who keeps changing their sizes so I might be a 0 there, I'm not sure). Anyways, I totally agree on toning up, women with little or no muscles are disgusting.
before I answer I have to say that I didn't read the whole description. But a friend of mine had the same problem. I suggest you see a Nutritionist. They would give you a diet to build your body up.
Plus, a little confidence booster: a LOT of guys like that type of body. So don't worry too much about it. You're beautiful just the way you are as long as you know it!
Ah. The body. Dance! Dancing is awesome. At first, you may feel awkward and insecure about moving your body. But it'll grow on you. Dancing is a lot of fun, it's natural and expressive, and you'll be in great shape! Look at a dancer's body. It's beautiful! Or gymnastics. Martial arts!
You don't need to go to the gym or do lots of pushups. Be flexible and strong using your own body weight. And since you're only 17, it'll pay off when you're 20. Believe me!
I am one of those guys that actually prefers my women to be a little androgynous. If you don't like the way you look, there's nonsurgical ways to augment that. Get a bra with more padding and maybe a cute corset to add some shape. Your body is still developing. One of my girlfriends had an A cup until she was 21 and exploded into a C cup.
Butts are not supposed to have definition. Butts are supposed to be round. Legs are supposed to be defined. It sounds like you have a fabulous body from the waist down. As to your chest, you may wish to consider the BRAVA system, which is a natural system for expanding the size of your chest, and in which I have absolutely no financial interests.
