Honestly what @Iron_Man said is super good. Getting out and exercising or working out is a great way to help you feel better about yourself.
Also, setting a small goal and following through with it is amazing for self confidence.
Even if it's as simple as.. I'm going to get up at 8am tomorrow. Or, I'm going to work out for 3 days this week.
Whatever you set for yourself, make sure you do it. Otherwise it leads to disappointment which leads to feeling ashamed of yourself etc.
If you consistently set small goals and follow through, I'm quite sure in a short amount of time you'll feel a lot better about yourself overall.
