



You need to lift weights to tone your upper arms. Your shape is rectangular: hips, shoulders equally wide, sort of straight up and down.
Sure: work on losing about 15 pounds and see how that looks and feels. By Jan 25th, you might be able to do that with a modest Weight Watchers meal plan and adding five days a week of at least 20-30 mins of walking, biking. Tone will only come from weight lifting once or twice a week.
Remember to have modest goals and lose slowly. Always allow yourself treats. Manicure. makeup. Some cookies every third or fifth day. If you don't have treats, you can't keep to any eating plan. Eat lean as per meat. Lots of veggies, snack on fruits to get your sugar fix w/o cookies, ice cream. Avoid high fat snacks like chips. Use wraps instead of bread to make sandwiches. Eat salads with lunch and dinner to fill you up.
Just little tricks like that help and while changing eating habits, add walking before dinner or after dinner to get some air, some sun and to reduce stress. If you have to, walk inside at a nearby gym. Treadmills are TOO dull. Have variety. If it's only to change where you walk, or bike, do THAT!
Only thing you’re lacking is: confidence.
You have a feminine body. Maybe try to dress like it to feel like it. Try wearing lower cut bralettes or scoop neck bras. It may be under your clothing, but wearing pretty undergarments can really boost how sexy and confident you feel. I highly recommend it. Wear lacy bras, low cut, scoop cut, push up, lace underwear’s, matching sets, etc.
Wear clothing that accentuates your shape. I think shorter dresses (knee length) would really suit you. Also try out wearing crop tops with high waisted pants. You have a nice figure. You just need to figure out what type of clothing helps you feel most confident, sexy, and feminine.
Trust me girl, you’re body is perfect the way it is.
And if you’re still unhappy after a change in dress then try lifting weights to get the glute mass you may be wanting. It’s worked for me.

You have broad shoulders, which is a good thing. If you gained glute mass by lifting weights then you would have an hourglass figure bc of your upper body. Some of women work really hard to get that so work with what you got girl. But in no way, shape, or form is there anything wrong with your body. And to feel immediate confidence start with the way you dress and carry yourself. Trust me; confidence goes a long way.

Seriously there is nothing wrong with your body and clearly from the comments nobody else can see what is wrong with it either. Which leads me to believe you may have BDD Body Dysmorphic Disorder. It is where you actually see your body differently to others, sometimes it is just a particular aspect of the body. It is often triggered by a particular event or negative interaction with someone. Counselling can help with this issue.
I understand that people telling you, you look find doesn't make any difference to you because your eyes are actually deceiving you, but I promise you, you are fine and look good and none if the things you have said about yourself are real.

First bring those shoulders back to improve your posture and raise your bust line. Consider trying a belly-dance course! Does incredible things for toning your 'core' abdomen muscles and unfreezes your hips! ENJOY wiggling! Learn to sashay... the good Lord MADE you to be slinky!

You should wear sexier clothes first and foremost - as in much tighter (at least) - then you'll know if your body is trash - The way it looks to me because of your clothes is that you're skinny in the bottom half of your body and have a larger frame in your upper body which makes it look disproportionate - what you should do is lose weight (cardio and diet especially diet) all the while training normally (as in both upper and lower body) then eventually - But that is only if what you're wearing make the illusion that you have a bad looking body - I'd also hate how I looked if I wore baggy jeans and large long sleeve shirts..

That's so sad... I really think you are being way too tough on yourself though. You look very cute... in my opinion. It's what you think that matters though. That's a lot of jogging. If you are really into exercise... you might try substituting some light weight resistance training for some of the jogging and see if that improves what you see!
