I used to live with a guy friend of mine and we would dress and act just the same way we would if we would at our own place. it was nothing sexual but I would usually wear my panties and tank top at night or maybe just a long shirt with nothing under. he usually just wore his boxers. sometimes if we were chilling in the living room we might catch a little peek at each other's goodies and make a joke about what we can see. since we shared a bathroom there were times when we might see each other naked but it was just like changing in front of friends OR family. I had to be careful with how comfortable I was if he had company over because I might forget how much I might be accidentally showing.

I would let her see me walking around naked, only if I would be interested in her sexually.
So I would walk around naked just to raise her interest. BUT I would walk around naked in front of her only if we previously touched the subject of nudity and she mentioned she would be ok seeing me naked.
Otherwise, dropping my underwear in front of her without warning would be low from my side.

Another option would be accidental flashing: not realizing she is still home. Or me sleeping naked and she enters the bedroom to pick something up.

Yeah, I'd only show skin to them if I was attracted to them (and visa versa). I'd maybe show them my boxers but that's more out of laziness or not giving a fuck. I'd pay more attention to how the person acts. Showing your boxers doesn't inherently mean anything. Same for her I'd assume.
