She added me using the username, not the mutual friends, number or nearby way. Someone gave it to her.

well I find that if you like someone at least knowing there friends on a basic level can help, girls tend to talk to each other about everything, and if her friend thinks you alright I may help you if you actually try to do something with your crush. so as I said just be cool and act normally.
