Since you know she's not a lesbian she probably thinks you're very pretty. I don't know why she would ask you a lot of personal questions - maybe that's just her way of striking up conversation and getting to know someone.
I also don't know what kind of person she is (like, if she's just genuinely nice, if she's an outcast, etc.), so it's hard to really say one thing or another about why she's always creeping and staring at you.
If she's just genuinely nice, she probably just thinks you're really pretty and wants to be friends with you. If something seems off about her, or if she has any kind of negative reputation at work, then she might be manipulative and might be befriending you for a specific reason.
She's probably bi and has a crush on you, OR she just objectively thinks you're very pretty. After all, regardless of sexual preference, we can all appreciate a real beauty.
