I think it probably would be an attraction, any good skill, but I think that if the popular music was made by actual musicians and not computers with drum tracks... where the closed hi hats and their patterns sound like those lawn sprinklers that smack themselves to turn, then they would be more attractive

not if they are into drum and bass lol. i think there will always be girls that like guitar guys, hence we have to endure ed sheeran but mostly guitar music is becoming less relavent today and just as many girls like djs

Not particularly. Most men can only play three or four chords and sound like shit because they don’t know how to tune. I studied classical guitar for years. It’s not impressive to me that you can play Wonderwall.

Just the fact that they can play the guitar isn't especially sexy. But it's a nice added bonus on an attractive guy, but so is being able to play any other instrument as well.

Well, you have to be at least attractive on your own, but being a guitarist and decently attractive automatically makes you immensely attractive. Like that picture up there of the guitarist, he's pretty attractive alone but with his guitar he's so hot, dear lord.

I've always been more allured to pianists, because I personally prefer the sound of a piano over a guitar. However, I find musical talent to be attractive regardless of what it is they play. I don't play anything myself (except a mean air guitar!), but I'm fascinated by people who do.

Most guitarists are not sexy, because they are unattractive guys who think playing guitar will make them sexy. Someone playing an instrument is a good quality people appreciate IF THEY ALREADY FIND YOU ATTRACTIVE, but it has nothing to do with who is attractive or not. Sexy people are allowed to be boring and not have interests. I've played guitar for 16 years. Never even got a compliment from a woman.

I think it's their musical talent that they find sexy. They see it as a cool skill to have, plus it shows that he's creative and can be in-tuned with his emotions that can be released through his music.
