I was texting my crush today and she responded with “dude really” bc she was shocked by what I said, does this make me in the friend zone?

1. Understand that might just be how she talks and show her that you are interested in her by telling her your feelings
2. Remain her friend with no expectation that being her friend will change her mind

It can either be friendzone or she’s just saying it. The girl I was “with” we’ll just say “with” cause it’s more appropriate. Called me buddy and pal all the time. So you could either be in the friendzone or she just called you that.

Not exactly, I call my crush dude all the time. Depends on the girl, some people just say dude a lot... I wouldn't say you're in the friend zone just because she called you dude 😊

I call people dude when I feel comfortable with them, I wouldn't take it as friendzoning someone. If she calls you bro, thats when you're friendzoned
