Checking someone out is supposed to be something you do without the other person knowing. Though I can remember a few times when I had been walking by or talking to a girl at a counter. And they would just give me an intense sexual look in their eyes it's kind of hard to explain, one time a girl had even started licking their lips lavaciously kind of creeped me out.
