I think some people said yes b/c we do get wet for seemingly no reason but there is a reason either it's we're ovulating, about to start out period, just ended our period, drank a lot of water, or stressed even; so it's not the same as like getting a boner b/c its not like b/c we feel anything sexual or even remotely like a vagina is supposed to do its kind of just a body thing... if that makes sense...

But that kind of "wet" before having period is completely different vaginal discharge than "wet" that is for sexual feelings.
So the answer is NO. And the only apparent reason is if you are already very sexually excited - but thats me, who knows, maybe some girls are nature anomalies.

No honey its not menstruation, its simply some watery/semi-jelly thing that is called vaginal discharge and has nothing to do with vaginal water that we get when aroused.

Discarge is basically v... cleaning itself.
