me and this girl where talking and flirting a little in class the other day and we were sitting next to each other and after I made her laugh she smiled reached over and grabbed my right thigh with her hand but didn't say anything.

Unless they are usually like that, girls tend to become touchy feely when they are showing an interest. Whether it's hugging, patting you on the back or shoulder, putting their arm around you, or in your case touching your leg, they'll find a reason to try and touch you. If she's sitting next to you, try putting your hand on the back of her chair when you are talking. If she doesn't mind you invading her space like that, touch her back or shoulder if she laughs at something.
