What does it mean when a girl touches your leg?

So I was at my friends place yesterday and one of his roommates came in. She joins us in playing Super Smash Ultimate, all good and well.

While we were playing she touched my right leg, multiple times. And it wasn't on accident, she was clearly stroking it on purpose. Very subtile, but clearly on purpose. She was looking very fine so I asked my friend if she was single. Turns out she is dating someone already.

Why would a girl touch a guys leg, in a quite intimate way if she is already dating. Was she just being touchy or?

I think it means she wants your attention or like #Pinay_ako said, that she wants you.

I think it depends on the girl/ person though :/
I have girls who are friends who have no problem with touching me or me touching them, shoulders head or legs -_-

Pretty much every day I will pat their head and they will often ruffle my hair, on other days they have tapped my leg when I am listening to music or as a prank pinked my cheek which kinda hurt because of my jawline figure -__-

But yeah, it depends on the person and their personality ^_^
