There really are a tremendous amount of us that aren't fully developed or mature. So this is a very relevant question. But I always find the idea of saying "grow up" to someone kind of funny because the obvious reply is "how?". If someone isn't grown up, how can they just grow up on command? Instead, think of it like a plant. If you want it to grow, you can't just say "grow up." You have to give it soil, water and sunshine.
So do you want to stick around and help this girl grow? If she really is immature as you claim, then it will take time and a lot of support to help her do so. And you may not get an equal amount in return.
Of course, this is all assuming that you're correct and she really is immature. It's possible you just are misunderstanding her actions, so I'd start by talking to her about the specific behaviors to find out if it really is immaturity or there is another explanation.

Not to many ways to correct a behavior, without insulting them. How would you like to be approached?
I usually just stay very quite until she asks what's wrong? Then I'd tell her that I was very taken back by her behavior. It wasn't what I expected from her at all. Then I would just say, that I expected more from her.
She'll be insulted buddy no matter what you say. Just make it come off as more disappointment rather then you getting upset about it. I usually say, well it's not really lady like, that's all. If she asks me. "what's wrong with what I said?"
