I know it can appear to have a camel toe without realizing it just because of how fabric bunches around the crotch. Especially if you have thick thighs and any kind pooch on your belly it's more likely the fabric won't lay smooth. So it will appear to be camel toe. Now if it's a true camel toe and the seam of your pants is up between your lips then unless your numb down there you'd feel it.
Don't know about other females, but when i have a camel toe i'm usually not aware of it and definitally never do it on purpose. Can't seem to understand why anyone would. When i do know about it (someone told me or i checked if my zipper's open) i'll try to fix it. If i can't i ignore it

I don't know about others, but I wasn't aware of it. It was faint though and not that obvious, and I had a shirt on that was long enough to cover my crotch area.
I think most are aware. Some girls want people to see their coochie, others probably just don't care.
