Ex girlfriend ignoring me?

Hi all, I get that the title should explain itself but hear me out. I am confused. We broke up two weeks ago and she messaged me Sunday. She messaged me first Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and we talked about light topics. I saw her for about a minute Tuesday night to hand her something she left at my apartment and didn't hear anything afterwards. I texted her Wednesday with a non serious question about a common interest and she has ignored me. Still no reply and it's Saturday. Being ignored hurts. She ended it with me and told me I did nothing wrong, it was just bad timing and she wishes to still be friends. I agreed because she's honestly a really good person and if I can't have her as a girlfriend, I am happy to have her as a friend because I do care about her as a person and respect her wishes. We never argued once as a couple. It hurts me to think that she may have had a change of heart and blocked me or is just straight ignoring me. What would cause this? I know she is ignoring me because I literally saw her text a mutual friend of ours (girl) hours after I texted her. The last contact was our short in person interaction where I literally handed her the item she needed and we both said have a good night and parted. Any idea why she's ignoring me or maybe blocked my number? I really don't want to lose her from my life but I am afraid she might cut all ties even though I am more than OK being just friends because we have so much in common.
