Do girl and normally leave blood on the toilet seat?

So I live with two girls
my mom and my sister

My sister is on her period right now...
how do I know? Because she leaves blood stains all on the toilet seat
Its beyond disgusting

Not only did she leave a blood stain, there was a print of her private part on the toilet seat..
She doesn’t clean it up she just leaves it there...
Is this a normal thing?
My mom doesn’t do this
my mom and I both have OCD so we clean the toilet regularly..

My sister left blood on the toilet seat yesterday too but I cleaned it up because I had to use the restroom & I wasn’t about to wait for her to come out of her room and clean it so I just cleaned it..
Then she does it again today... I wasn’t having it today..
She won’t listen to me, so my mom made her clean it up..

She didn’t even clean it good.
There was still blood underneath the toilet seat..
i cleaned it with disinfectant wipe... again...

Is this a normal thing?

My sister when she's on her period she would leave some tiny blood cubes / poop also, after washing her buttocks / genitals from taking a piss / a dump. That's part of being lousy not disgusting at all.

Never happened with my mom or sister. It may have, but they probably cleaned it up after they saw it.
