I've known other people to have experienced a similar problem. Including myself. I was getting streeks of yellow and brown. I am quite clean but suffered this embarrasing problem for over 10 years. I have discovered I can do Kegel's with my anus. Doing kegel excersizes with my anus has stopped my problem. I do them every time I go to the bathroom and sometimes while I am sitting at my desk. Just four or five every time I sit seams to have tightened up my muscle and has made a huge difference. I hope this might help others

It sounds like most girls are in agreement to it being old blood from a period which isn't the easiest to get out. All of the girls including myself have had a couple of mishaps. I wouldn't say anything because it's still embarrassing, even if it is normal.

Well normally it is clear but sometimes it can be brown and look like a poo stain. If all her panties are this way its probably poo but if its within a week after her period time its more than likely disscharge
