Its legal in parts of my state.

Women just do it for breast feeding, so just a boob with a baby.

I dont really feel the urge to be topless.

I also dont want my boss, younger family members, co workers etc, to see my breasts bouncing freely.

Its also a bit painful in you have bigger, heavier breasts, and gravity will wreck your firming tissues keeping them up.

Im also nerdy, so we tend to like our pokeballs neatly tucked away.

Even as a guy im against that girls get topless in public i know manygirls wouldn't like this but trust me it has nothing to do with sexuality for me i love to see boobs too and seeing them won't get me lose my control but its good if they r hidden from all the eyes and save them for the right person to see them and treat them well... i -myself- dont go out topless at alll unless in the beach cuz i respect the other gender who dont like to see who can't control who will want to see alone in the future

I'd like women doing so to be legal but not common in general public. Just like men, it's legal, but you don't often see men wondering around the city centre topless. See a few here and there, but that's it.

There's not much difference between a tank top and no shirt. Some people just like to show off, guy or girl, it seems like that's all it would be

I'm really surprise by all the female No's, negatives, and self consciousness!! Especially in this day and age with equality protests etc. I've gone to nudist resorts and no one is staring, commenting etc. I've been to other countries where girls just change into bikinis in the open no issues. And had girl roommates that walked around topless, held conversations with etc. No problems no issues no judgement etc.

It would be common place and men wouldn't notice after a while. I have been to several topless and nude beaches, after checking out the women, I don't even notice them topless or nude after about 30 minutes. My wife points them out to me if she sees a really sexy lady. I say, "OK, that's nice."
