What to do if your crush leaves you on “read”?

Did you guys do anything to make your crush text you back or just left it? She left me on read but we wrote a little bit before.

How long has it been? She might just be pondering over her response or thinking she'll get to it later. I'm like that too, even with a guy I'm very much into.

Also, did your text warrant a response? Was it a question or a statement that prompts for an answer?

It has been like 3 weeks. She left it on “seen” but we still follow each other.

I came off a little bit weak and made a mistake. I asked her, “Do you mind if I text you?”

If 3 weeks has passed, you should probably shoot her another message. Unlikely she will respond to that at this point.

A casual 'hey, how is it going' or a little joke would suffice.

Yeah, I basically asked for her permission

Maybe something manipulating like, “I guess you’re busy, so I won’t trouble you.”

Or you could just man up, take the lead and actually invite her out.

Something like this 'We should do... by the way. Saturday. You. Me. 8pm.'

Nope that's never gonna fly. It's sorta like guilt tripping her and a self-pitying move on your part.

You admitted that you came off as a bit weak, so the obvious way to redeem yourself would be through assertion (within reason of course).

Hmm. Okay. My question is, why would she leave it on “read” if we actually wrote a little bit before? Why do you think a girl would do that?

She isn't interest enough to entertain every text from you yet. It's your job to make her attracted to you right now.

You know her better than i do, so it's best you judge your chances as to whether you'd have a higher success rate charming her over social media or IRL.

I don’t know her. We just take the same classes and we just know each other’s appearances. I added her on the internet and she followed back. That’s the whole process now.

What i mean is you know her and yourself better than I do. Just go with your intuition. If she still isn't attracted to you after all your effort, I don't think there's much you could have (not) done to increase her attraction for you. Hope I helped
