I have both and women with thigh gaps tend to have camel toes from what I've seen. I hide my camel toe though because it's just no for me. Not that I would change my body because I think we are made a certain way for a reason, might be reason I have an attractive and bomb ass pussy, but I don't showcase my crotch when I am out and about.

I have a cubby pubic region so I have no thigh gap but I am careful not to have a camel toe. It's happened a couple times and I don't think it's sexy.
