Girls, I noticed a new double standard for men about crossdressing is this true that women find it absoutley disgusting and a big turn off?

I felt like telling people I like doing it but after reading how much women dislike I don't think it will be okay anymore. I am heterosexual and I don't have a desire to be a woman, i just like their clothes and the compliments.
