Girl's Behavior

Does it mean anything when a girl double texts you, and gets jealous when you mention you're on a date with someone else?

She does talk to me about other guys. Like I told her I was going to the cinema came back to four different YouTube videos and an Instagram post. She's sort of casually dating someone at the moment. But I don't know if she's trying to make me jealous with him. I say this, because I told her that I was having a coffee date with someone , and she seemed very interested in this girl like she was asking me questions and stuff about her , like 'isn't she your ex' when she knows my dating history, and 'so, is this like a coffee date or a date date,' She seemed to be saying 'oh ok,' a lot too. She kept replying in short sentences. And then changed the subject to something funny that happened to her. I screenshotted the messages sending them to a female friend, and she was like 'she definitely seemed irked by it.'

She's mentioned over guys before, but hasn't really took things further with them. Like she goes on dates or drink with them, and then after I've met her she's like, ' so, so and so's out of the picture now,; making some excuse about him. When we're together she's always asking me 'if I've eaten' or 'do you wanna grab coffee,' engaging eye contact when we're talking - which she has said to me she uses as a way to get a guy. Strokes the bottom half of her whilst talking (although she does have anxiety)
