Putting her finger in his mouth meaning?

A friend (female) has done these things to a male friend over a longer period:

- Both laying on the couch half drunk during a party when few was around, he had his mouth open and she put her finger in his mouth on his tongue for a few seconds.
- Another party, he was on the couch drunk, she went and laid herself on top of him and put her finger on his lips playing with his lip for a bit.

What does this mean? An analysis of body language and/or what attraction to his lips means would be appreciated.

For info: He has thick lips that are coloured quite red
