I sent my crush a message in October 2018, professing my love for her. She told me she didn't feel the same way and that was that. I didn't take this too hard because I had already prepared myself, I thought she was out of my league anyway, She's a cheerleader, a volleyball player and has a mild social media following. I didn't take things too hard because of the fact I had no class with her, in the first semester at least.
But now it's the second semester which means we have a new schedule, so now I share two classes and a lunch period with her. My plan for not making things awkward was to pretend she wasn't there but we sit a few tables away in both of our classes. I've noticed from the corner of my eye that she keeps looking at me, now at first I thought I was just imagining things, but I overheard her best friend talking about how she keeps looking me. Why is she staring at me? Does she think I'm looking at her? Does she like me?
