My back was turnt from him at the meeting but when it was over I got up while leaving I see him and a girl looking in my direction mind you they was watching me the whole time, until I left the room. But like why are you both watching me and not listening to what the person is saying about caps and gowns for graduation requirements.

- He still finds you attractive even if he's not feeling a relationship. Guys can look without liking you, unfortunately.

- Maybe he regrets rejecting you now and is trying to figure you out again. Boys are dumb like that sometimes.

- Or he could just be nosy and likes making you uncomfortable since he knows you liked him. Some guys act out when they've hurt a girl.

- Was that girl his new crush? Maybe he was just trying to make you jealous back.

Honestly sis, I wouldn't waste any more time thinking about what's going on in his head. Clearly he's immature if he's playing games like that. Just own your hotness and don't let some boy live rent free in your mind! Keep doing you.

If it keeps bugging you, maybe bring a friend next time so you don't even notice his staring. But try not to let it get to you - you're way better than that!
