I prefer modesty because if I get daughter in future I don't want her to dress like a whore.
And there are women dressing modest and I am glad they could resist the peer pressure.

Jeans basically cover your skin. Also, loose jeans are unflattering on women. They make me look fat and like i hace a saggy butt. Men look weird with very skinny jeans, especially on the crotch area.
And cropped tops are usually worn with something that is at least belly button high. I don't see how cropped tops are unmodest when they are worn with the right outfit. How are they less modest than an off the shoulder top? Is showing cleavage more modest? It certainly isn't.

How are pants intended for men? In ancient times nobody wore pants... everyone wore skirt/dress type of garments. Skirt and dredses aren't practical and in cold weather they don't keep you warm.

Still, that doesn't make skinny jeans and cropped tops vulgar. It depends how you wear them. I usually wear cropped tops with high waisted pants/skirt so very little skin show. And since i mostly do it in the summer the pants/skirts are usually very baggy. Anyway, idon't even have something with cleavage, so I am never overshow.

I love this question. For me personally I dressed a bit immodest in my late teens and early 20s. And I personally did it because I felt I wouldn't get a guys attention if I didn't. Needless to say i started getting quite a bit of attention and it was all negative. I had a lady approach me one day at the mall. And she told me that "I was too much of a lady to be dressed the way that I was" she was a total stranger but she saw that I was trying to be something I wasn't.

Now days I enjoy creating cute and modest outfits. I hope to start a blog about how modesty can be even more fashionable than immodest dress ☺️

I think that most of the time it goes down to personal taste.
Most of my female friends work in places where a business or formal attire is required, but some of them genuinely like it.
The peak of the irony is that my friend who I carpool with always wears tailleurs and high heels at work, but outside she's very baggy and casual.
My other friend who's a factory worker instead always dresses like that when she's outside the job, because she really likes the style.

My girlfriend herself prefers to dress modestly, but sometimes her sweaters and collared shirts are very form fitting.

I like to dress modest (cover up most of my skin) and how tight the clothes is depends on what I am wearing. I do wear tight jeans and etc but not for the attention - it's just a clothing preference. Otherwise I tend to wear looser clothing

Not necessarily - you can feel comfortable in tight jeans. Yeah it makes my feminine figure look bolder but I've never worn it with that reason in mind. Sometimes it just looks better to me with a certain type of outfit compared to other types of trousers.

Modest is fine, but that first outfit is never something I would wear as it's not 1850.

The clothes I wear are for me (unless required for specific events), and I wear what feels best and I feel comfortable and confident in. I don't like loose clothes unless I'm sleeping or being extremely active.
