I was driving through the new housing complex across the street and these 2 girls were riding an electric kid toy vespa scooter. The girl driving was probably 8-10 yo, and the one on the back was probably 10-11 yo tops. Both were wearing crop tops and short short jeans. The girl on the back was already getting hips and her thighs were filling out.
My boyfriend kept staring at them as we went by. I had to ask him what are you staring at? He asked me just how old did I think those girls were? I told him and he was shocked.
"Cassie, why are they dressing like that? OMFG, the one on the back looks amazingly hot in those jean shorts!"
We had a serious discussion about under age girls and he promised me he is not into that.
Here is what the kids in my neighborhood are running around in. I told my boyfriend, this is why so many girls get prego, disappear, get kidnapped, raped, or killed.

I have been thinking about this question.
I have never, ever seen 12yo boys dressing hot like 18yo guys do. Boys are mostly interested in GI Joes, Army Men, playing video games.
Most girls, me included at 11 yo, mature faster than boys do, especially mentally. We want older boys, and men to notice us sexually coz we see how the older girls get the "handsome" gentlemen.
Also, growing up, I admit I had the biggest crush on my stepdad and the dads of my gfs. My gfs had crushes too.
It’s like freedom of speech. They should be able to dress how ever they want as long as they r not doing harm to others. It sounds like u r in the USA but in the UK it is a similar story. I think childhood is preserved a lot longer in the US, higher drinking age, higher age of consent. U can drink at 18 in the UK and not all bars r strict on ID so 16 year olds can get in some bars. 16 is the age of consent here too. Therefore girls dress more sexually at a younger age
Some yes. Others are just short shorts and crop tops. Honestly, depends on circumstance but I could point out a couple here that are just overthetop for someone that young.
Hopefully we don't get too sensitive in the west and try to cover everyone up, head to tow so only their eyes are visible from some sort of facial cloth, hah... wait!!!

Definitely. I'm 16 and don't even dress like that, it seems kids want to grow up too fast nowadays. Of course, when their role models are people like Danielle Cohn and Danielle Bregoli, it's going to happen, but it's honestly sad.

But girls, me included, are influenced by the Media, Models, and the Fashion Industry. The Fashion Industry controls how high or low our jeans' waistbands are, how much tummy we should show, and how tiny our panties should be.
Girls are going through puberty earlier than ever. Don't know if it is the chemicals in the food, the hormones in the city drinking water or just a change in humans. Some girls get their periods as early as 9. So some of this is puberty behavior and some it is parents allowing their children to wear the clothes. Some girls are sneaky and change their clothes at school. They can borrow clothes from other students or maybe even their siblings.
I remember back in 6th grade back in the early 70s girls in my class used to take their bell bottom jeans which were hip huggers and they'd sew the top part of the jean down to the knees making the thigh part really tight. Of course, by jr high everyone wore short dresses and skirts and I believe crop tops and halter tops were a thing. My mom would let me wear halter tops but only in our own yard. Not many people would see me because we had big country lots plus I wasn't endowed that way for anyone to take notice. So I'm not sure anything is new under the sun just that it might be starting a several years earlier.
What I have to say is the truth but will of course offend people that don't want to admit the truth. Often they are in single mother homes. Their single mothers dress like that to attract others and then their daughters think it is okay for them to dress and behave how their single mothers do. Of course people will be upset for telling the truth because it is so bad to say anything negative about promiscuous single mothers, but they are one of the main reasons why young girls dress and behave that way. Plus giving them smart phones corrupts them too.
The teen girls where I live were sexually active by 12yo and this is due to their mom modeling this lifestyle to get and keep a man. The girls are now 14 and 16yo.
Then they get on Gag and ask if it's "fair" that their parents won't let them go out like that. And a significant portion of the answers (maybe majority) side with the girl. They'll say she should be allowed to dress like she wants.
What you have here is a conflict between idealism and reality. It's pretty darn common. You can either take an idealistic point of view, or a practical realistic point of view. If a parent in this case says she can't go out like that, they don't give a rat's ass about idealism.
Most definitely. They're dressing as if they are in their 20's not early teens. There is a time, place and AGE to where wearing skimpy attire is ok and girls that are younger than 19 shouldn't be wearing "clothing" like that. I was always modest so I never really wore skimpy clothes but when I did it was at the river or pool or hanging out with my gal pals or washing my car. I'd never ever go to the mall/ store or the general public dressed like that. What kills me most is how the parents always complain about how their young daughter dresses like a hooker when THEY BUY EVERY thing their daughters wear. They have the say so on how their children dress. Yes they can buy clothing that's in style and cute/pretty without dressing like a skank hoe.
personally I believe they are wearing things which are far to provocative/sexy for their age but unlike what most people believe as being the parents being solely at fault I can counter that argument and state that infact it is the way society and how the SJW types argue for their rights etc as more and more say is taken away from parents and kids are being told that their parents aren't allowed to tell them anything they do not like or agree with... so if a parent tells a child you are not allowed to dress like they are... or tell them they are not allowed something...
when a parent actually stops them suddenly those parents are threatened by the authorities on child abuse claims, even when all that was said was "no you cant" so I blame society for judging the parents, taking the power from said parents and empowering the children with far too much without bothering to understand the repercussions of what they did...

our neighborhood here in Caldwell, ID is very, very, very safe.. Kids are outside playing until after dark. Parents all look out for each other. Plus, we are an open carry and no concealed weapon permit required state. Anyone trying to snatch a kid would get shot full of holes so fast... then questions asked later.
Definitely. It's a product partly of irresponsible societal propaganda. There are even padded bras and thongs (I hope I'm wrong about this) for girls under 12! This raises the question, Where do we draw the line? Or are we taking the clothes off the prostitute and giving our children to wear them instead?
I'm a custodian at an elementary school this one girl under 10 came to school wearing a shirt that exposed her stomach by half an inch or so. Another time I walked up a hall in my area as they was getting there things to leave. This girl was sitting on the floor exposing the top of both butt cheeks no panties on what to ever. So yes I think there wearing to little clothing and to sexy of clothes.
Its a little different if your 16 or 17 years old depending on the types of clothes. But yes 12 year old girls are more dressed up than I'll ever be lol

All I can say is that when young girls dress like that especially for the girls 14-16 yo it becomes increasingly more difficult to tell there age and has the potential to get guys in a lot of trouble by unknowingly being catcalled.
Sure there are some girls we're it is obvious that they are younger. But others you really have to second guess yourself.
This is how young girls can get themselves into trouble. Of course grown ass men shouldn't be looking at them in such an a way and their hands to themselves but it's also down to parents to teach them what's acceptable from what isn't.
