It means that she enjoys talking to you. I realize that men have a natural inclination to want to read into things like this or take them as sure indicators that some specific outcome is assured but this is the male version of the princess myth. I think the real question is how does it make you feel when she says that and are those feelings compelling enough to risk finding out that she didn't mean anything more than that she enjoys talking to you? The answer to this is usually yes.
