What does it mean when a girl says she likes talking to me even when it's a short amount of time?

So I was taking to this girl and so she had said that she enjoyed taking to me even if it was just five seconds

I would think of that in two ways
1) If you talk often then she gets happy and excited whenever you text so she wants you to know
2) If it's the first time you talked and it was only for five seconds then I would think that she isn't intersted. *Of course she might've been busy and text you again when she has time*

Yeah we do talk often and so that's why I was wondering
