Does she like me? Long distance committed relationship?

I've met this girl online and it seems we've hit it off. We emailed back and forth a bit to get to know each other, then shortly thereafter, probably two weeks,I asked her on a date. We met halfway between because we're about three hours apart. I think it was a pretty successful first date. We went out to dinner, then bowling, and said our goodbyes about 4 or 5 hours later.

Since then we've been talking on the phone pretty regular, generally about an hour or more every other night. She typically calls after I send a text and I try to do the same. It has been about three weeks since our first date. We have planned another date this weekend as well, I'll be going to visit her and hang out for the day.

I'm to the point where I would like a committed relationship, but I'm not sure if it is too soon. I don't want to come off as needy, but I also don't want to miss my chance. I know she is concerned about our distance, and I tried to express that it isn't a concern of mine and that when the time comes we'll figure things out. But that is about the extent of our discussion on that topic.

I am also concerned that she'll find someone closer, or willing to move immediately. I'm not there yet, I've considered it and I think I would consider moving but I can't put a time period on it. It is also unfair of me to expect her to move, because she probably has the same fears, of moving/leaving friends and family/quitting jobs and then breaking up, as I do.

Should I discuss our distance more? Should I express my feelings? Should I bring the topics up before our date? Should I bring it up during our date? Or should I wait until after?

Thanks!
