Seems like she likes me, but is hesitant to hang out?

I met this girl at work, I thought she was really cute but I was afraid to say anything to her. She ended up starting a conversation with me and we flirted back and fourth for about an hour before she had to leave. That same night she added me on Facebook and a couple days later we started talking on there and I got her number. It seems like she likes me, she said she thinks im cute and what not, I told her I would take her to an amusement park because she said she liked roller coasters. But when I actually tried to make the plans to go, she said she wants to but then right after, came up with an excuse not to go. I'm not sure what to do, should I keep asking her to hang out? Give her space? I'd hate to just text her all day every day and never hang out, thats not the type of person I am.

Try again, she might be scared or nervous because she likes you a lot. A lot of guys, when they get rejected, they think it's the end, but really you should give her a bit of time because she can change her mind and then ask her one last time, if she says no, you should definitely move on. Girls are indecisive, sometimes they are so focused on other priorities they can't sort out what they want and end up sending mixed signals by accident.
