Why did I dreamed that I was having sex with my dad?

This morning I woke up confused and distributed i usually wake up and remember my dreams but this wasn’t a dream I wanted to remember. Ever since I was younger I have many dreams at night , very weird vivid dreams.. sometimes I wake up and feel so drained like if my minds overthinking just like when I’m awake. (Weird) This isn’t the first time I dreamed about this and makes me feel so uncomfortable. My dream started with my dad wanting to cuddle with me and take me to sleep. So we did but things started to get weird and he was touching me and I liked it... then by dreamed changed for a bit. Now I was at a hotel in vacation with this older guy I had sex with. We was having sex and it was weird because I knew I was dreaming that while I was sleeping. I can’t explain it. I felt the sensation when we was. having sex then my dream transition and it was no longer the guy that was fucking me but my own dad. Ah so disturbing but in the dream it didn’t matter.

Is the not first time I dream about someone having sex with someone and they change to someone else. I am going to say that I been thinking about my dad ever since I moved to my own place because I heard he is homeless and I haven’t seen him in 4 months and I’m worried for him and maybe that’s why I had this dream but what exactly does this mean. Sorry if my post is all over the place.

Doesn't mean anything. I've had similar dreams with both my mom and my dad before, but it doesn't mean anything to me other than "what kind of crack was my brain on last night?" I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

As for your very first comment, I find the more vivid my dream is, the more exhausted I feel when I wake up. I think I read it's because if you remember your dream it's because you wake up in the middle of your REM sleep, which also contributes to why you feel more tired.

Applying Sigmund Freud's theory, it is normal because girls are attracted to fathers while boys to mothers. Both genders dream of having sex with father and mother respectively.

Dreams are often just random thoughts all mixed up and meaningless.
This one obviously means you should let him live with you so you can have sex with him. lol :P
