Why do I make girls nervous?

Like I work as a manager in retail and I came up to assist one of my sales associates and a girl as soon as I made eye contact with her started twirling her hair

Not much to go off but I mean she could possibly like you 🤷 You probably intimidate her or twirling her hair is just a bad habit of hers lol. I work in retail and Im never really ever nervous around my regional. Then again thats just me.
