What makes a girl nervous?

Not nervous in a creepy way but that nervousness when a girl can't keep herself together because of guy like she'll start stuttering or accidently saying her thoughts. I waved and smiled to many girls and some get nervous like they don't know what to do. Are there any other cute things that you can do to make a girl get nervous?

Tease her in a sweet way like jokingly and smilingly make fun of her cute little habits or something.

Tell her that she likes you with a smile and be like "but don't worry I feel it too" but say it very jokingly and not seriously. Don't do this unless you like her though because it will make her think you do and it's just mean!

Look into her eyes and smile

Put your arm on her shoulder or make other light physical contact like brush against her or something "accidentally"

Let her see you checking her out
