How to make a girl enjoy your company or become friends with a girl who sits next to you?

In one of your classes. She is pretty and popular, but I just wanna be friends with her and get used to talking to girls. I'm small, and it kinda bothers me, but people say I'm good looking. So, without being nervous, how can I make her laugh, and enjoy my company?

Also, I only talked to her once, she picked up a paper for me and I said thanks and she said ur welcome :))

A lot of guys, in my high school at least, try to do this but choose a bad method.

All girls are different but in my own experience and what I see all the time in guys who are successful at this, is that being yourself is the best thing. Yeah, that's somewhat cheesy and it's what everyone says but it is true.

Don't be a downer. Don't use swear words! That's the biggest turn-off for me. When someone swears a lot it implies to me that they don't enjoy life, are pessimistic and basically aren't worth getting to know. Don't talk about how much you hate the class, how much you hate the teacher, and how the stuff you're learning is useless. She'll think all you do is hate, hate, hate. Don't lie about yourself or anything else. We can sniff out lies!

Let her talk. Talk about HER. Girls LOVE to talk!

Most girls become uncomfortable when a guy near them starts talking about how "hot this chick at so-and-so's party was." The girl you want to talk to may be pretty and popular, but she has no way of knowing what your standards are. She may feel unattractive or unworthy of your attention if all you talk about is how you like hot chicks, even if you two are just friends. Showing outward respect to females goes a long way in getting them to trust you.

Also, small things like saying "please" and "thanks" are really underestimated.

If you just want to be friends, don't flirt with her. If you do, she's bound to get the wrong message.

Being small may actually work to your advantage. We don't ususally admit it, but us girls are intimidated by big buff guys. We think all they want to do is overpower us, so a smaller guy is much less intimidating to talk to.
