I also get a bit nervous around girls that i dont like but its not as strong when i like someone. Why does this happen?
There is a girl right now who i get nervous in front of and she picked it up somehow from my face and body language. She has asked me 3 times why i get nervous and i tell her “i dont really know.”

You get nervous around women for the same reason every other male does. All people fear rejection... Will I blow another one... can I impress her... I don't even know her... damn, she's hot... She's going to think I am a freak. Do not let negative thinking control your mind and behavior...
Do not let this Fear paralyze you into inaction. This can also affect your overall happiness whether it be career, fun, relationship, and/or friendships. Possessing a fear that originates from a Far to Risk or Fear of Failure is unhealthy and will respond a life of regret from not knowing. You do not want that kind of life...
SO, you have to force yourself out of your shyness and talk to anyone and everyone. You have to practice "chatting up" another. The best place to start is the "ugly girls" "friendzone girls" as they are of no risk to you... The more you engage the easier it gets. Pick a neutral topic or current event happening.-Hell, you can do this interchange with your Mom... she's a woman and HAS INSIGHT !!
