What does it mean if a girl asks you “why do you get so nervous?”?

So yea there is a girl and I get nervous whenever she’s around me. One day she asked me why I get so nervous which made me even more nervous. I didn’t know what to say so I kept being quiet.

She is letting you know that she is feeling negative energy from you. Basically, she is asking why are you so unconfident around me? Sometimes they mean, “I’m a nice person-you can talk to me”. It is hard to say. Try having conversation about something you like maybe?

Well you have a problem then. You need to stop seeing yourself in such a negative light. If a women is hanging out with you, more than likely she wouldn’t mind having some sort of relations with you. Often times guys screw things up because they try to force situations. In your case, you’re too scared to make any moves at all. You need to ask yourself why you don’t think you can attract this girl. Once you have the answers work to improve yourself. “Im weak” hit the gym, “Im a crybaby” figure out what offends you. The other thing you can’t do is make the decision she doesn’t like you. Because how can you answer that question you’re not her. Don’t forfeit before the game is over. If she's hanging out with you and she's not a family friend chances are that she’s somewhat attracted to you.

The thing is I always think that I’m not good enough. Both physically and mentally.

Physically it’s about height, the face itself, skin color, and not being big enough.

Height wise, I’m 6’0 but she is like 5’6 or so and I think she won’t like the height difference enough because of high heels. When she wears them her eyes reach my chin.

About the face, i think I’m just ugly, but on a few days i feel good.

Skin color, im from the middle east and im a bit tanned, so i think I’m too dark. There was another girl before this and she was pretty fair, so I told myself I’m too dark for her.

Not big enough, i consistently go to the gym but you know it too i suppose, you can never be satisfied. I’m around 91kgs / 200lbs right now, been lifting for about 3 years (did stupid stuff for a year) consistently.

And mentally, it’s that I think i behave like a girl (have been told that by guys and a few girls). I have been told I’m shy like a girl, and also have been mistaken by girls for being egoistic and arrogant because i don’t talk to them, even though it’s not that, it’s just that i get shy.

I do know all too well the disorder you mention. I will never be big enough lmao. Im also aware how it could spiral out of control though so I can keep it at bay.

But bro, you’re literally 6ft 200lbs. Thats football player size. You’re huge. Initially to fix most confidence issues it has to do with your physicality. But you are in the top 1% of men in terms of fitness. Be proud of your hard work. The body you have you earned it.

Now your other problem is and I can actually imagine its a big issue in your life. You create problems that don’t exist. You have a wild imagination. I can tell because when speaking about race. You told yourself you’re too dark. Notice this girl mentioned absolutely nothing about your race. You created a reason for her to reject you. You literally rejected yourself. Do not create problems if you don’t know its a problem. It will free up your mind to solve actual issues.

Now unfortunately you have another issue. You get offended easily. Reply back if Im correct. I’ll explain what to do.

You’re somewhat right, i do get offended easily when someone comments about my appearance. Not in the “lets joke about his appearance” way, but in the form of making a normal comment, such as “you look tired today” or “you got thinner/ fatter”.

When someone says something about my mental characteristics, it doesn’t offend me at all. Like those guys who said “you are shy like a girl” i didn't find that offensive at all.

Ok so just to get this straight. Its your fault you got offended. It is the accumulation of previous experiences that has made you this way. Now the game is figuring out what experience made you this way. Im going to challenge you going forward in your life. If you notice you get offended by something. Distance yourself from the fact you’re upset and ask yourself what experience have you previously had that made you feel this way. From the depths of your mind you will get an answer. Make sure you’re not avoiding it. After you’ve done that your mind is going to sift through all the trauma you’ve been through so far in your life. Just let it happen, you’ll be pretty down on yourself for a bit but once you’re done you’ll feel like a completely new person.
